Even with my glut of new and old jazz, downtempo, Brazilian...some North African, weird soundtracks, when I got The Best of Wayne Hancock, I was knocked out. It takes quite a few cuts before you realize you're not hearing any drums. Because the mixing on that album is fabulous. And, I got introduced to WAKEFIELD on pedal steel. Sometimes I think great pedal is better than sex. It just knocks me out.
